My mom has a Kenmore Washer model 110---81820100. The top portion of the timer knob has broken off but the bottom portion remains intact. I have located both of the replacement parts but have no idea if

1) both patrs are needed and

2) how to go about replaceing these.

The bottom knob does not feel as if it will pop off or screw off. Any ideas on these 2 question will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

**both patrs are needed**

Inside piece is the indicator/pointer and the outside piece is the knob...if only the knob part is broken the indicator may be ok but you might not know until to have a peek.

**how to go about replaceing these**

This should help...
