I have a garbage disposal that is making a low buzzing noise but not working. Not sure what to do or to look for. Tried pressing the small red reset button underneath disposal but that did not do anything. The brand name looks like ISE Badger 1, with 1/3 horsepower. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
