I got 110.96566200 to work for me...a Whirlpool built Kenmore.

** I don't know if the heating element is not working cause my clothes will not dry at all. the machine will turn on and run like normal, but the clothes come out as wet as they went in**

Doesn't -sound- like the heating element is comming on, but you would have to confirm that by checking.

**if it's the heating element, where in the machine is it and how do i change it**

The element is just one of many things that can stop or prevent the heat from working...
