my model 110.82372110 kenmore series 70 heavy duty washing machine with a dual action agitator won't agitate. I can hear the motor turning and the basket wobbles. I have checked the plastic coupler beneath the agitator and it appears ok. I have also checked the drive belt, and it is also in good shape. Any help?

That is a fairly old Whirlpool built 'belt drive' model. There could be a problem with the unit's 'wig-wag' (control solenoids).
