I have a Kenmore Elite Catalyst washer model # 22082102. I have been searching all over the internet for answers. The washer was given to me. I don't have the owner's manual so I can not refer to that. The washer is not draining. It is drving me to the crazy house.I am a single mom of 4 children. I can not afford to go out and buy a new washer. I need to figure out what the problem is. I saw the same problems with other people but the model numbers are not the same. I am very handy so I can fix it myself I just need to know what the problem is PLEASE help me!!!!!!!

** Kenmore Elite Catalyst washer model # 22082102 **

The complete model number looks to be 110.22082102 making it a Whirlpool built model.

** The washer is not draining. **

Is the pump running when it should be draining?

If yes, has anyone checked for a blockage in the drain hose or the washer's internal hoses? Has anyone checked the pump itself?
