The lock light is on and the dishwasher will not function. The door opens and shuts. I have pushed the button that has a lock by it but that doesn't do anything. Does anyone know how to fix this? I do not have a manual and can't seem to find one online.

CONTROL LOCKOUT:

The Control Lock light is turned on and all keys of the keyboard are disabled whenever the Control Lock feature is invoked by the customer. The Control Lock feature (and light) can be turned on or off by the customer at any time by holding down the 'Air Dry' (possibly labelled 'no heat') option key for 4 seconds.

JFYI

Thanks for the info. I did push that button but I'm not sure how long- maybe I pressed it to long or not long enough. It is in our vacation home and I am not there right now. But as soon as I get back up I will try that again. How does it get set? I am not aware of how I could have set it. We have power outages often could that cause it to happen? We do not have the manual is there a site or somewhere to get one?

I don't know any other way it can be engaged.
