I've had this hot water tank for maybe 2 years. I always kept it at "C" so I could take a shower, do laundry, and the dishes. The pilot light has never stayed lit for more than a month at a time since I had the tank installed. Now the pilot will not stay on long enough to heat a tank of water if I put the dial above "A". What could be wrong??

You might want to post your question in Bob's plumbing forum as a water heater is really considered an "appliance". It is plumbers that usually look after them.
