- Paper fiber wallboard. Where to find?
I watched an episode a few weeks ago that was done in California I believe. The product I'm interested in was a recycled (I think) wallboard product that was actually made of recycled paper fiber if I'm not mistaken. The joints when completed were apparently the strongest and you could actually nail or screw into the material without any "drywall" plugs/lugs. I can't find the manufacturer anywhere. Pleas HELP!
The Malibu project was completed in 1992. That product was FiberBond from Louisiana-Pacific. That division has since been purchased by US Gypsum and the product's name has been changed to FiberRock.
