I was never given a manual to operate this oven.
We have no clue as to how to use cook time vs Automatic vs manual vs finish time.
We are using manual on every cooking cycle because of this. Every attempt to set a cook time or automatic or finish time results only in changes to the clock. Any clues here?

I'm afraid that brand is rare in North America (if that's where you are). I have never seen one one myself.

It came out of some distributor in Tustin, CA who went out of business soon after we bought the oven. Really a nice product, but we were trying to track them down in Australia and think that the whole operation is also out of business down there too.
