Oven not working. Removed panel. Igniter not glowing and there is no smell of gas. Stove top burners working fine. My oven model number is JGBC20WEW2WW. Igniter, gas valve or both?

The ignitor not glowing at all could be caused by a defective ignitor, electrically open gas valve or the control system not sending power to those components. Both ignitor and oven valve's contacts should be able to be tested for continuity to see if either was the problem. No continuity (ie. infinite resistance) in either would be a definite sign of failure.
