I have a Kenmore ULTRA WASH dishwasher model #665 16049400 that we are having some difficulty with. I'd like to start by removing the "spray arm" (not sure of the exact term) but am not certain how it comes apart. Just want to inspect and clean as needed, then run again. Basically she doesn't seem to be cleaning very well, but seems to be advancing through the cycle correctly.

Any suggestions or advise would be greatly appreciated!
