Model PSS25MGNA WW, about 6 years old.

This is the second time this year that we have found all of the ice melted, everything completely defrosted, big puddle of water at bottom and in front of the fridge.

The door was fully closed and nothing seems to get it going again except waiting 12-24 hours and then it starts working again. Tried adjusting the temp and unplugging the unit for a few minutes, then plugging it back in. Still had water drops inside for a few hours and then they finally froze.

Any ideas here?

** Any ideas? **

Not without actually checking it out.

If it was not cooling *at all*, the compressor might not be running... for whatever reason. That could be due to a problem with it or its control system.

- My frost free refrigerator is not cooling properly. What might be the problem?

It would have to be checked out *at time of failure* to pinpoint the cause of the cooling problem.
