Hello,
I have a Kenmore side by side fridge that the freezer and the fridge is not working properly. The compressor comes on & the condensor fan is working,but freezer and fridge not getting cold. Compressor low pressure pipe is cool,but not cold & the condensor lines are warm only the first few inches after leaving the compressor.
Any suggestions?

What is the frost pattern (see the following link) on the evaporator (cooling) coil like?
- My frost free refrigerator is not cooling properly. What might be the problem?
