Was following the thread on problems with the wall oven door on the Jenn Air model JJW9530CAB.(model #ww30430 sn#12471510qu) I have not been able to locate the parts for my oven model # above. Our oven door fell open on New Year's Day with a very loud snap. At first we couldn't even lift it but finally pulled it back to position and taped it shut. The springs are gone and I'm guessing there is a hinge problem too. Could you possibly locate the information we need to buy parts and fix this problem. Thanks!!

** model # ww30430 **
That model number looks to be incomplete by at least 1 letter, maybe 2. Please double check it.
** I have not been able to locate the parts for my oven **
If you post the complete model number we'll see what hinge parts are available for it.

The springs are an integral part of the hinge assemblies (see the following link).

Hi Dan, thanks very much for your help. One of the appliance repairmen I talked to said that it is very difficult to remove the door. Would you know of a site that shows the procedure? Thanks, Bob
Removing the oven door is usually covered in the owner's manual. If not, the image here is suppose to be the instructions for your model:

Hi Dan, Just want to thank you for all your help. My oven is repaired and it wasn't as difficult as the repairman implied. The website you sent me to was the best! Replacing my ovens would have cost me double what I paid ten years ago. Now they look and work like new. Thanks again, Bob
Glad to hear it. Thanks for the follow up.
