My garage door openers fine with the remote and wall button. But when I try to close with the remote the ceiling light blinks and clicks with no movement. If I use the security keypad (outside)and hold the enter button without releasing the enter button it goes down. And if I hold the wall button(on wall inside garage)and hold it without releasing door closes too. Help.
