I have a Kenmore electric dryer model # 110.64742400 that has quit heating up. The timer does move either.
Any idea what the problem is?

On what setting? If an 'auto' or 'permanent press' setting, the timer will most often not move without heat as without heat the clothing couldn't possibly be dry which is what an auto setting is designed to control.
