I found the model number...it is: 66902691 but don't know how to release the kickplate for cleaning. Help please Charlie

That model number is incomplete. It is missing the 3-digit model number prefix which indicates the manufacturer of the product (see the following link).

The model number could be 110.66902691 in which case the top edge of the lower access panel pulls away from the cabinet which once released can then be lifted off the lower supporting clips at the base.
