I have a St Charles Kitchen from the 50's with a built in refrigerator freezer. It has gone out. Where can I look for something similar?

Have you had someone look at it to see what's wrong and if it can be repaired?

If it's built-in, you're likely going to need to find something *exact* not just "similar" or else remodeling will likely be required.
It is EXTREMELY unlikely (see the following link) you will find anything new to exactly replace such an old appliance. You're likely either going to have to repair the one you have, try to find a working used one (pretty unlikely IMO as well) or plan on remodeling the kitchen to accommodate whatever models are currently available.
