Hello Mr. Guru, I reinstalled the new belt, but it is loose. It rounds the "DRUM"-"MOTOR PULLEY"-"PLASTIC PULLEY ASSEMBLY".

This picture shows how the belt goes around the idler (belt tension) pulley which is usually where such a problem exists. Of course, its tension spring must be in place as well.

Also, make sure you've purchased the correct belt. For model 110.66901691 it should take belt part # 661570.
