I have a kenmore washer model 110 20442 990 (as written). It will spin but will not drain. It clicks then nothing.

On that washer design it should drain, the motor pause briefly and then when it starts up again start pinning. It will also drain the whole way through the spin cycle.
If it is just not draining, check the pump and connecting hoses for blockages and the drain hose for kinks and also that the pump has not fallen off the motor.
