** ge washer [model] wwse5240gww has a loud dry like noise **

From where on the machine exactly?

On what setting(s) does the sound occur?

Loud noise was due to a bent support arm that threw the machine out of balance and bottom of tub was scraping the floor of the machine. Mechanic replaced part and it works fine now. Thnks for all the help.
