I have a Kenmore Elite HE3 Dryer Model# 110 82826101. It turns off periodically showing the error code E1. I read earlier posts that it's the Thermistor for the same dryer but different models. Would my model follow the same pattern as the others for this error code? I have no manual either to replace it if in fact it is the Thermistor

** [Kenmore dryer model 110.82826101] periodically showing the error code E1 **
That failure code on your model is suppose to indicate an electrically open thermistor sensor (see the following link). It could however also be caused be a problem in the wiring to the thermistor or the the electronic control that receives that sensor data.
