I have a 1986 14x70 Clayton Clairborne mobile home. I want to remove a 28 foot section of roof and one outside wall. I want to replace this section of roof with a timber beam roof and expand the room out 8 foot on the front side of the home. I want the eave of the roof on this section to run opposite the existing roof. (NOT sure my wording is correct). I want to reroof the entire home making the roof 10 foot wider than the existing home with a porch running the length of the homes' backside. If you understand what I'm wanting to do, is it possible?
