I never dreamed that having a new home designed and built would require my wife & me to learn so much about so many aspects of the process. We are now at the end of the design phase and came across a very useful book, 'Build It Right!' that has helped us a whole lot. I have no interest in the book but applaud it's author in making it understandable to a novice like me.
