I am a home builder in CT and use "Softplan" cad design software for my technical drawings which works out fine. However, it requires quite a bit of time to generate 3d views that are still views only. I'm looking for software that can generate 3d views that can be put in motion to give the viewer a sense of walking around the structure. I need it in the conceptual design phase so it must be fairly simple and quick to use. Any one using software with this "virtual tour" ability?

I'm on SP v11 but I think that V 12 has fly through capability. Maybe you just need to upgrade
