Hi. Can someone tell me the lowest cost possible on building a garage that is attached to the end of the house, measures 22 x 24, has a single garage door, and two walk-in doors. I have talked to a few people and some have said that it would cost me around $10,000, and some have told me $18,000-20,000. I would like to kinda have an idea before I decide to do it.

Without knowing your area and the style of your house, no-one online can be any more accurate than what you have already heard.

But here is a hint - don't talk to 'people'. Talk to contractors who actually do this in your locale

Okay, thank you for the information. I guess I should listen to the contractors instead of the people.
