I am trying help someone determine the valuse of a Sears Kit house the joist are stamped 1908.

The house, if not sold and removed, will be demolished shortly to make way for another corner Walgreen's. We would like to see the house moved from it's present location if possible... Does anyone know an approximate value the house is in good condition. Perhaps someone can give me some additional guidiance
