I would like to pour a concrete ceiling over a 10x15 utility room under the floor in the corner of my garage, the utilty room is a walk out so I can park my lawn equipment in it. the garage is 32x48. I want to pour the whole floor of the garage and the ceiling 0f utility room as one slab so that when I wash the floor in the garage it won't leak into the utility room.
So, my question is how should I lay out the steel reinforcement and how thick should I pour the ceiling for the utility room (no cars will be parked in that area of the floor)?

This would be more properly called a suspended concrete slab.
First thing to know - concrete is not waterproof and is unlikely to keep water out of that room totally.
are you building new or is the garage already7 built?
Have you ever poored and finished a slab before? Ever built formwork before? Plan on doing this yourself or subcontrating it?
Reason I ask is that forming this will be a bear, and if you have no experience, you are already in over your head
