hi,
i am doing a project for school and my teacher gave us a million dollars (fake money) and we get to spend it on anything. i am spending it on an indoor basketball court and a workout room. it will be adding on to my house. i need to know how much it will cost to hire someone to build the actual building part. Also, an estimation on how much the whole thing will cost.
can you please tell me?

L - construction costs vary - a LOT - depending on where you are, who's doing the work, what materials you use, etc. etc.
But VERY roughly, you should expect to spend somewhere around $120 per square foot for something like this - could be quite a bit more or less depending on many factors.
About 1/2 of that is materials, about 1/2 is labor.
