I would like to remove a wall that separates my dining room and living room. The problem is I'm not sure if it's load bearing.

The wall does run perpendicular to the ceiling/roof joists but it does not carry on through to the lower level.

There are clear load bearing walls in the house that run from the roof to foundation but I'm unsure about this one.

The dining room is 9x10 and the livingroom is 13x15

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
