Hey there,
I know down here in my area there are lots of Amish, and Mennonite's who will tear down just about anything and clean up the site to reuse the lumber. The downside, which is par for the course, is that the deal is usually that they get the lumber for their labor in tearing it down. I've never heard of anyone buying one....but if you do I would also like to have the companies name...
