How hard are these to use for first timers? We are experienced DIY in home remodeling and are considering taking on this project. Is that wise or are we asking for trouble? Are basements constructed with ICF dry, dry, dry?! It will be open on one side. Can we drywall over the foam? e-mail me at brenm@iglide.net Thanks for the help.

forget the email thing. This is a public forum so everyone can share and learn.

If you follow the instructions to a "T", they go well. Sound, dry, quiet! Good living in them. They have metal or composite strips embedded to fasten SR or other wall coverings to.

Excellence is its own reward!
