How hard are these to use for first timers? We are experienced DIY in home remodeling and are considering taking on this project. Is that wise or are we asking for trouble? If you follow the instructions to a "T", they go well. Sound, dry, quiet! Good living in them. They have metal or composite strips embedded to fasten SR or other wall coverings to.
