I live in the DC metropolitan area where stick-built additions commonly run $175-$200/sf. I want to put on a 20'x24' 2-story addition to the rear of my Cape Cod - no kitchen or bath. Does anyone have any experience/example of a modular addition being tied-in to an existing house?

In Florida, the modular manufactures are advertising competitive data that shows the modular housing held up better that stick built homes.

I have view a modular home plant, and from everything I have read and heard you could not go wrong with a modular addon.
