I have a deck that requires refinishing. How do I go about cleaning and refinishing it? What are some of the better products available? Should I do it myself or pay someone to do it? On a scale of 1-10, how hard would it be to do it myself? Also, I have plants and shrubs that surround it. Are there products available that will not hurt them?
