I have a outbuilding that needs to have the interior walls finished. The structure has no heat, is built on support posts and is subjected to subfreezing temps in the winter. Any concerns with using plasterboard instead of drywall?

I am unfamiliar with plasterboard, but if I was building in unconditioned space, I would probably choose something paperless, so the seasons don't cause moisture and mildew.
