I purchased a house about a year ago that is only about 4 years old. It is a bi-level house. I have noticed that there seems to be a small pile of whitesh stuff on the ground at the outer corners of the overhang of the upper level. Is this the work of termites? I have never touched the substance but it looks almost like the pulp that paper is made from.
