I have noticed black beetles comming from holes in the walls inside of my home. They have been identified as bore beetles. I read they bore into wood. I see them trying to exit the house through the window at a certain time of the year. My question is: If the wood used in the construction of my house was treated why do the come into my home and bore into the drywalls. What should I do to keep them out? Should I have the inside of my walls inspected for damage?
