We have a mobile home with a guest room built at ground level on a concrete pad. Whenever there is a lot of rain water on the ground it seems to seep in somewhere between the concrete pad and the soleplate area.

Do any of you have any suggestions on how to waterproof this area so that we will not have any more milldewed carpets and mattresses? Would really appreciate some help
