i have my mom house presently under construction in the carribean where she live the contractor who now take over said the foundation is 8x8 and is 2 small he want's to make it 16x16 before adding the decking only the ground leve is up to roof height is what he indicate correct and how will he add more to make it 16x16

also if u could point me to a forum where i can get some architechual layout help for the 2nd story
