I am in the process of installing Cat5, Coax, and speaker cable in the walls of our house that is going up. The drywall is not up so it is a good time to run the cables that we want. The question that I have is regarding the holes that I can drill through the studs to allow the cable to pass through. This would be very similar to how the electrical is run between the studs.(Example from this site: http://www.bobvila.com/ArticleLibrary/Subject/Electrical/Boxes__and__Wiring/StructuredWiringBasics.html) In the example, there are at least 2-3 holes through the studs to allow the cable to pass through.

At what point will this compromise the stability of the wall? Do I need to be concerned with what studs I put these holes in or is it structurally sound for me to pass through as many studs as I need?
