Hampton Bay Fan Speed Issue

My ten year old fan stopped functioning on high and medium speeds last night. Now "high" is slow, "medium" is stopped, and only low works slowly. Any hope on fixing it?

does the fan feed hot??

MIGHT be the start capacitor. Check for it where the fan connects to the ceiling or where the light fixture attaches to the fan. The new ones are only a few bucks... worth the gamble.
