We have a foul odor associated with corrosion on our ceiling light fixtures. The fixtures are relatively new (1 1/2 years old) in a former model home. The corrosion/rust is worse on the lights that get the most use and there appears to be some heat damage on the ceiling above one of the fixtures. Any suggestions as to the cause?
