Tool for removing caulking

Could somebody suggest a tool to remove old caulking from an exterior storm on an older home? The home's exterior is stone.

Yesterday in HD, I saw a DAP product for removing some types of caulk. The claim was that you just apply it to the caulk, wait awhile, and then peel off the caulk. It was in the paint section.
