As A avid eBay user People like this need to be shut down, Please forward to all ***** corporate Offices.
Thanks

email Address is below

Well, well well,,, I come home after being out of town on business for 4
days and what do I see????? a negative!!!! you sir are an idiot,,, I do not
sit by my computer 24 hours a day and check my email like some people do so
you must give me time whenever emailing me. I always get back with everyone.
NO!!! ***** did not sell you the item I did but if you had 1 once of
intelligence in your brain you would know that ***** stands behind all their
items. I'm a craftsman toll dealer for ***** and they would of just gave you
a new one because the one you got I would guess is a factory defect if it
does not work, ***** will not need a receipt because they can recognize
their product and that is has never been used but instead you just act
before thinking and give a negative just for the hell of it. So now I have
no choose but to leave you one and screw up your perfect record as well.
EBAY RULE #1,,,,,,, never leave a feedback for someone until they leave you
one just to be safe that your not going to get screwed. EBAY RULE#2,,,,,,,,
refer to eBay rule # 1.

enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What's your point? Why are you posting this crap here?

I agree with hammerman. This is not ebay, and it's a shame you couldn't resolve your differences.

Sounds like some sort of scammer. He sells a tool from s e a r and it doesn't work and then expects you to return it to s e a r instead of him.

I am not up on E-bay, but I don't understand why an individual would be selling brand new tools from S E A R S.

But the guy bought it in the first place so he must not have had a problem with that point.

As far as the taking it to S E A R S, that seems like a logical starting point. Why wouldn't you start there? Either the guy is going to have to spend upwards of $10-$15 for postage and take it to the post office and wait for a week or two for a return or take it to the store mentioned above and have it back in one day possibly. I know which one I would go for.
