I mentioned in another post that I love gimicks and the Stanly colapseable workbench nearly qualifies. It's rated to hold 500 lbs and I tested this by sitting on it with my brother. It held sturdy. The clamps ar plastic but hold surprisingly well even with the small flex. I have to take saw horses with me anyways to a jobsite so what the heck. I figured I'd buy and try this thing. I have always had a habit when I work of turning anything into a cluttered workbench, You should see how much I can put on a 2x4 saw horse. Pencils, soda, cordless drill, drill bits, circular saw, speed square,...all at the same time! It's a wonder I ever find anything. Well, now I have a lot more surface area to clutter up and it's light weight and very handy.

Im a painter and do a lot of half log siding jobs sometimes prestained,so I run a 16' siding between 2 of these and then run one from the end of one to another one on each side so 3 on 1 side and 3 on the other.That is a total of 32' on left side and 32' on the right.

I push these to the limits all the time spraying up 16' lengths of siding 4 at a time slide them down my guys bring 4 more spray them up slide them down we keep doing this till is no more room.Well over the limit of 6 horses.I abuse the heck out of them all the time and I got the el"cheapo ones,so don't be afraid of putting them to good use they will be of geat use to you.
