After reving the cover and wiring to the switch I took my motor to the local small engine repair man. The instructions are UNDER THE COVER! He just switched two wires to different teminals. It tells you what goes where. Took less than 5 minutes.

This manual is much needed not only by me but many on this site is ther a way it can be posted on the site so they can click on it and down load it from here. how simple. I have gotten my recall Items but still need the owners manual 113.19771 or 113 1997751 i'll take either one Thanks you can post or email me with the pdf file.

Just ask owwm.com to post my pdf manual that I sumitted don''t know how long it takes but the manual is 44 pages and in full saw there was a great need for it thats at the owwm.com under craftsman Radial arm saws

I am attempting to assemble a mobile base for a 113.199250 and I'd like to get it right. Two wheels have breaks (?) and two do not. Which corners do these go on? Anyone have assy instructions?
