I need a quick answer, please, I can not find the instruction manual... How do you change the blade on a craftsman circular saw????

From a woman trying to be handy while hubby's at work....

depending on how old the saw is, it may have a button on the saw body that when pressed locks the blade from rotating to ease the removal of the bolt holding the blade on.

I use a piece of 1 by wood to block the blade, therefore no chance of nicking a carbide tooth or dulling a steel tooth. use the same on a table saw.

one other safty tip on the circular saw USE TWO HANDS to hold the saw

Thanks guys! I actually figured it out on my own and got the job done! It was fun! Looking for more projects, although don't need anything else to add to my evergrowing list!
