Unfortunately I do not have a contact phone number for Jet, nor could I find their website.

Try this out. I didn't even have to do an internet search; for some reason I remembered their main site (go figure).

Strange that they "crumbled"; I've had a Jet table saw for a long time and I just love it. Very high quality stuff.
