I saw a Bob Villa Informercial for a drill bit that was used to drill in hooks or eye brackets. I figured it would be a no brainer to find it later, but now I can't---HELP!!! It had a lot of little pins that formed to the item you were screwing in. It sort of looked like that toy that you can press your hand of face on and it makes the impression using hundred of little pin nails.

- Looking for an item I saw on Bob Villa infommercial
I would check with the station's website you saw the infomercial on. Bob has not done in infomercials in several years. And while he is not opposed to doing more, this was probably someone who looked like Bob.
I saw Bob's TV commercial a while back......I can't find the product on Sears online........
The inventor called his original product "Gator-Grip".......I've used a cheap auto parts store knock-off brand to spin wing nut fasteners for hurricane panels at my in-laws.......
Here's the Gator-Grip site:

"...measure once.....cut twice....throw that one away and cut a new one...."
