Hello,

I've been fascinated with using non-powered woodworking tools for years. I had an occasion to use a makeshift (read crude and temporary) barn auger when my electric drill died. (For reference, a barn auger is a wood boring tool with a long bit and a handle at the top of the bit.)

Does anyone know where I could get useable barn auger handles and bits? Many years ago I used one on a farm and, I know it sounds strange, I really liked using it. Are these completely gone now?
